This certificate ensures that the animal meets New York's health requirements. The CVI must be issued by a licensed veterinarian. We are currently offering this service to both established clients and new clients who can substantiate vaccines. Be sure to contact your veterinarian well in advance of travel to ensure all health requirements are met and to receive the certificate.
